How to book

To check up to date availability please contact the Booking Secretary  

Our Booking Secretary will need the following information to set up a provisional booking.

  • Your name  
  • Postal address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Date required
  • Times required
  • Purpose of hire
  • How many guests are expected

A part filled booking form will then be sent for you to check and sign.

Our simple form has all the details of when and how to pay your deposit and fees.

Your booking will be secured on receipt of the deposit and signed form, acknowledging that the fees will be paid no later than 7 days before the event.
